Enrolled Agent- This is a person you most likely will never speak with. They work closely side by side with your Case Specialist. This person is the one that actually talks to the IRS, Revenue Officer, or State Revenue Office on your behalf. This person is one of the people that is listed on your POA ( Power of Attorney) that you singed when you first started with the Effectur. They use what information the Case Specialist gives them and negotiates your case down.
