Paying Etiquette

I am more likely to help a client with their money issues if they keep me informed. Like unexpected travel because of death or injury, hospitalization, car accident, levied, job loss. I understand stuff happens. On the other hand, if you avoid me when I call to see when you can pay your bill to make you current. I don't want to be hard and demanding on getting your payments, but if you avoid me you really leave me with no other choice.

Easiest Way to Pay

For both clients and us here at Effectur I have found that clients who pay by card ( debit,or credit) on thier accounts go allot smoother. We have many different options for payment here at Effectur direct debit from card or with your bank account and routing number, and mailing in a check, money order, or cashiers check. All these make our clients life easier to make sure they can pay us some way so they can have a piece of mind about their taxes.

The sure fire way to make sure you account is paid on time every month is using a direct debit from your bank or credit card. This allows both the client and us to know automatically if it want through or not with out any doubt.

With using a debit using your bank account and routing numbers. It always goes through at first ( as long as we have the right numbers in front of us) but then if it is denied it can take 1 week-1 month before we will find out. Which can make a big mess for some people.

The mailing method is OK but everyone runs the risk of it getting lost in the mail. Which believe it or not happens allot more frequently then not. So I guess to sum it all up the best way to pay your account is using direct debit using your bank card or credit card.

Sending in Payments or Other Information

I have had a few situations where I have had clients send payment s to the wrong address or our old address. Please make sure if you are sending anything to Effectur, especially since your information is private, please give us a call first to make sure you have the correct address. Thank-you. I just hate knowing that some clients information is just floating out there for someone to get there hands on it.

Balancing Act

I have learned that working and going to school is defiantly one BIG balancing act. I am amazed at myself on how I am able to keep up with everything. I know some people are probably saying I do a balancing act between work and school all the time it’s no big deal. Which if I was in just college I would say the same thing. Of course though I am not just in college, I am in a Hospital Based Radiological Technology Program. That within itself is a 40 hour non-paid work week.

I remember when I first started the program. My bosses at Effectur would pick on me are you sure you want to do that and not go full time here. Which defiantly back then and at different points in time when the program seemed too much to handle I was highly thinking about it. I am happy I did not though. I truly get great satisfaction at taking care of people in the Health Care field. But I will admit in 6 months when I graduate from this program I am truly going to miss everyone here when it comes time to switch jobs. As I have said in previous entries this company is not just a job but everyone here has become apart of my family!!!! The people here mean so much to me. They have been there for me through my roughest hours and helped push me to the other side.

I am proud to say that I am/have been an employee of Effectur. Also I will always care in my heart the many valuable growing lessons I have learned her along the way!!! Thank-you all, I am going to make sure the next 6 months are even more unforgettable then the ones before!!!

Growth

It is amazing to me how much Effectur has grown this past year. So much has changed!!! We moved to a bigger building, we have doubled our Tax Consultants, Case Specialist, Enrolled Agents, and made new positions to let everything flow easier. Change around different processes to make thing easier for our clients to see what is going on with their case. One example of this is now clients are able to pull up their case progress online at http://customer.efffectur.com/. I am so happy to be apart of a company that gives people a peice of mind when they need IRS Help!!

Work Atmoshpere

The atmoshpere of where you work can make or break your job. This is one thing I have always loved at Effectur. Ever since I started working there Novemeber of 2005 work has always seemed like a second home to me. I work with such great people that actually care about me. From the first day I worked there they have always made sure that my schooling comes first. Throughout the years they have always checked on my progress and when things have gotten tough at school they have encouraged me to continue striving through. The poeple I have worked/work with will forever been in my heart since they have been there for me through alot. I know it sounds like I am talking about my best friend or something, which in actuality I am. This is because being apart of Effectur you automatically become apart of a family.
