Depending on what you sign up for us to do for you, you can either go to a case specialist or a tax preparer.
Tax Preparer- This is the person who actually puts your return together whether it may be state, federal, personal, or even business returns. The will be asking you to fill out forms called "tax organizers" with your personal information. So they can decide on what forms are best to fill out for you. Yes this form might seem a little long and time consuming but it is in your best interest to fill out all the applies to you, if not then you are cheating yourself in the end.
